Midnight League - Inter Community Football Tournament 2010
The County FA provided an opportunity to bring all the Midnight League providers together for a champions event.
The areas participating came from areas within Bradford, Halifax and Dewsbury. Calderdale hosted the competition at the North Bridge Leisure Centre, the main aim, to provide young people with the opportunity to participate in a more positive and healthy environment. The teams had the chance to play competitive football which created evidence of social inclusion using sport as the tool.
Void Arts documented this event using film and photography which resulted in a large hard backed photographic book being made of the event. We will continue to document the events for the Midnight League, covering the next 3 years of sports and activity events.
